New rules
Starting immediately this upcoming 2011/2012 hockey season, Hockey Canada’s new head contact rule will be implemented to cut down on the number of concussions and other serious injuries suffered in the game. This new rule will be assessed based on a zero tolerance policy for contact above the shoulders. Please click this link for access to the Hockey Alberta Information Bulletin and Videos.
